Microsoft sign-in takes place in your browser. Tegra receives authorization, never your password.

  1. Close the current authentication window.
  2. Start Add Microsoft account again.
  3. Use the new code on the page opened by Tegra.
  4. Complete the flow without switching accounts halfway through.
  • Wait for browser confirmation before returning to Tegra.
  • Restart Tegra and check Settings › Accounts.
  • Confirm the browser did not block the return page.
  • Remove only the incomplete entry and connect again.

Confirm that the account owns Minecraft Java Edition and its game profile has been created. Family accounts can sign into the wrong address; sign out in the browser and explicitly choose the right account.

Use Reconnect when a session expires. This is expected periodically and does not affect instances or worlds.

If Microsoft’s own page rejects the account, use Microsoft recovery first. For a Tegra-only error, report the problem.
